Terms of service

1. Scope and ordering

Your accepted package, quotation, project brief and any project agreement together define the services, deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, review stages, timeline and price. A website description is not a promise to include work outside that accepted scope. Additional work is handled through an approved change in scope, price or schedule.

2. Prices, deposits and balance payments

Prices shown on the site are the total project cost for the stated fixed scope unless marked as an estimate or custom quote. Where an installment plan is offered, the checkout shows the start payment. The remaining balance becomes payable only after the agreed mockup, first milestone or action plan is approved and the project agreement is accepted. This implementation does not automatically charge the balance.

3. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for supplying accurate project information, required content, approvals, brand assets, lawful rights to materials you provide and the access reasonably required to perform the service. Delays in these items may move estimated delivery dates. Do not submit credentials through public forms unless a secure method has been specifically provided.

4. Reviews and changes

Included review and revision rounds are those stated in the package or quotation. Revisions are intended to refine the agreed direction, not replace the accepted scope with a new project. We will seek approval before undertaking material additional work.

5. Third-party services

Domains, advertising spend, paid plugins, fonts, stock assets, cloud usage, platform subscriptions, Shopify or other vendor fees and similar third-party costs are included only when the accepted scope says so. Third-party services remain subject to their own terms, availability and pricing.

6. Intellectual property

Ownership and licensing of final deliverables are stated in the accepted scope or project agreement. LeapHover retains its pre-existing tools, reusable know-how, frameworks and general methods. Third-party components remain subject to their original licenses. We do not publish confidential customer material as a case study without appropriate permission.

7. Hosting and support

Where a package expressly includes hosting or setup, the included duration and scope are stated in the offer. Renewal, exceptional resource use, third-party licenses and work outside the support period may be chargeable. Vendor-hosted platforms remain subject to the vendor’s hosting model.

8. Estimates and delivery

Delivery dates shown before an order are estimates based on the stated assumptions. They can change because of missing information, customer review time, third-party outages, changed scope or events outside reasonable control. The Delivery & Revision Policy forms part of these terms.

9. Cancellation and refunds

The Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to cancellations and refund requests. Non-refundable third-party costs and work already completed may be deducted where applicable.

10. Professional standard and limits

We perform the agreed service with reasonable professional care. Unless expressly agreed in writing, we do not guarantee search rankings, advertising performance, sales, revenue, uninterrupted third-party platforms or a particular business outcome. Any liability and governing-law terms specific to the contracting entity may also be stated in the signed project agreement or order.
